A Pivotal Moment

The last month has been exhausting, miraculous, overwhelming, exciting, and challenging. With a very small international team, we're able to keep progress moving forward 24 hours a day! We know our mission is not a small feat, we know what it's going to take to achieve it, and we are here for it.

Who are we?

A group of locals, ex-pats, and a few international Lombok dog loving people. Our backgrounds include: tourism, hotel management, farming, construction, technology, .....

Along with a lot of work on the ground in Indonesia, we are organizing the Foundation with non-profit best practices, gathering resources, and being incredibly scrappy where we need to be. You may follow our Instagram and see our puppy updates, well - there's a lot more going on behind the scenes. We're excited to share our progress with you!

What's new?

Shelter For Lombok Dogs has been a product of love and determination from a small group of people living on Lombok. While their dedication, time, and compassion has kept the mission going for over a year - we needed to take some big leaps to really make an impact. In January we welcomed two new additions to our team - Lombok loving dog lovers Since that moment we've recruited more local support and international contributors.

Our goal is to always be as transparent as possible with you - so you know where your donations go, how we use the funds, and all the work we're doing to make this mission a reality.

This is just the beginning. With an understanding of our financial needs to achieve the mission, we are creating avenues for ongoing sustainable revenue to cover the overhead of running the shelter and clinic. Government funding is being sought, business and individual monthly sponsorships are being created, and regular fundraising events will be a great source for revenue and exposure of our mission.
